Settlement is swift, once the merchant makes a settlement request it is actioned as soon as possible, upto a maximum of 24 hrs.

For mobile money wallets, payouts is instantaneous. For bank transfers, it may take upto 30 minutes. In South Africa, payments posted after 3pm will be processed in the next business day.

Daily Balance Reports can be viewed under the client portal. Transaction Reports are provided with the amount and date/time. However we display cumulative balance being held on an account at that particular time.
